I had the pleasure of spending the morning with the three lovely ladies of dream cakes, boss babes Johannah and Meg, and their intern Rachel. I was planning on spending an hour or so with them that morning and I think I stayed almost three. Walking into their small cakery you're hit with smell of baked goods off the rainy Portland street and their sweet demeanors. They start baking early, so their much more awake than I, but the energy in the shop is still soothing as they each work at their stations. I've worked with Johannah's cakes previously at weddings (and even for my own!), but it was amazing to see everything in action.
